First up, Berlin's (and the world's) favourite bear, Knut, came to represent climate change with his sheer cuteness (or should that be knutness?) and highlighted the threat posed to his habitat by global warming. Read the blog from Von Ross here. Images of Knut were soon signed and copyrighted, and a myriad of cheesy songs were composed, but nothing was as cute as the real thing. During our Green Architecture Special which coincided with the WIRED LivingHome we presented a range of sustainable building practises and architect interviews. One was an interview with Travis Price by Joni Taylor. Price also has a wonderful new book out which you can win. It is sure to be a great Christmas read. Here at Club of Pioneers we attended many of the large auto shows of 2007 and presented the most advanced developments in car designs.
