I am happy that so many of you started to use the Private Messaging tool as soon as they got my note about it. I have to say that it took me a while to answer all your replies but know what: I really liked to do so. And why so? It has been so inspiring and encouraging to get that much of a good feedback in these Emails regarding the work we do.
