What is the Club of Pioneers?
The Club of Pioneers is about a mobile lifestyle. It gathers individuals and institutions who care about one of the most important and challenging issues
of our time. The cause is in part by our mobility, that is, the emissions that change the climate around the world. Using new and clean energies to lower
these emissions is one of the major tasks facing us in the coming years. New ideas in this area will guarantee a sustaining mobility for the future and a
good life on this planet for all of us.
The Club of Pioneers is about a sustainable lifestyle. We rely on a kind of living that is responsible and aesthetic at the same time. In the fields of
vehicles as much as energy technologies, design, architecture, food etc. you find new approaches to sustainability. We unite these voices on this platform
and create a model for a new kind of living.
What are our goals?
We want to bring all our Pioneers into contact with those working in the field of sustainability: Technicans as much as designers, on our site you can read
about topics like solar technology and sustainable furnishing equally. We want to engage together with all our Pioneers in the ongoing debate on sustainable
lifestyle and a future of no polluting emissions. We want to be part of this debate; together, we want to be a strong voice in that debate!

Our founder:
BMW is the founder of the Club of Pioneers. In 2006,
BMW Clean Energy has prepared the launch of the "BMW Hydrogen 7" limousine. The "Hydrogen 7" is the
first produced premium limousine in the world, fueled by hydrogen liquid with water emissions. It is the closest to the market amongst other technologies
still in development. BMW spans almost three decades of promoting innovative hydrogen technologies. BMW sees the launch of the Hydrogen 7 and the
enablement of the Club of Pioneers as a relevant contribution towards a future where we will use reliable and sustainable forms of energy.
